This project focused on transforming a rarely used, cramped area at the far end of a kitchen. By installing new supporting steels and altering doors and windows, the space was opened up, creating a larger, more welcoming, and usable area without expanding the overall footprint. The team also replaced old, rotten lintels with new steel ones over the door openings at the house’s rear. This was followed by re-rendering and painting. A new balcony with anti-slip deck boards and steps was constructed for safe access to the new patio. All work was completed by Bristol Extensions.
