This project involved transforming an underused conservatory into a functional and stylish extension that seamlessly integrates with the existing home. The original conservatory was uncomfortable, being too hot in summer and too cold in winter, and was primarily used for storage. To address this, we:
- Removed the existing conservatory.
- Constructed a new extension in compliance with current building regulations.
- Removed the chimney stack and breast.
- Demolished internal walls and installed steel supports to create a spacious, open-plan layout.
- Installed a brand-new kitchen to complete the transformation.
The result is a versatile, modern living space that enhances the home’s functionality and value.
